To be completed when you have a new, fully executed Contract of Sale.
Review the signed contract and any addenda for deadlines and accuracy; Submit executed documents to the lender.
TC introduction to your client as a member of your team includes all upcoming dates and next steps in the transaction.
Confirm buyer’s deposits were sent/received.
Communicate with the lender to reach loan approval.
Assist with scheduling appointments for inspections.
Follow up on repair requests, appraisal, and mortgage commitment.
Coordinate move-out dates, utility transfers, lockbox and sign removal.
Send commission statement and complete broker-required accounting (D.A., Command. Skyslope, etc.)
Review Closing Disclosure/HUD for errors.
Send closing gifts, co-broker thank you cards, request reviews from clients and ask for referrals.
Manage all broker compliant documents and provide all necessary documents for broker approval.
Ensure the client is provided a copy of all documents.

Listing Coordinator Request
To be completed when you would like to utilize our Listing Coordinator Services.
Once you book a listing appointment, we put together your Listing Presentation, which includes:
Public records search for tax records
MLS Listing agreement and supplement documents with homeowner and property information filled out. Your broker’s compliance documents will be included as well.
All documents will be emailed to homeowners for e-signature.
Once you get the listing, the Listing Coordinator package is your right hand for preparing your listing for launch; including photo/video scheduling, yard sign install, compliance documents, and showing appointments. We work with your preferred vendors to get your listing on the market faster and with as little inconvenience to your clients as possible. Your new listing will be uploaded to MLS with listing description, photos/video, documents, and floor plans (as available) to guarantee maximum exposure of your listing.
